Start here The rules in plain words
Guru IPTV terms, refunds and privacy
Three short parts cover what you agree to, what happens if something goes wrong, and what we do with your details.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Part 01 What you agree to
Guru IPTV terms of service
By buying or testing a Guru IPTV subscription you agree to these terms. The service delivers live television channels, movies and series over the internet to the player apps described on the install page.
Channel lineups, programme schedules and library titles can change as broadcasters and rights holders change them. We describe the service as accurately as we can, but we cannot promise that one specific channel or title will always be present.
You are responsible for a working internet connection and for a compatible screen. Picture quality, including 4K and 8K, depends on your equipment and your network.
Part 02 Plans and trial
Subscriptions and the free trial with Guru IPTV
A subscription lasts for the length you choose at checkout: 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. All plans include the same channels, movies and series, catch-up and support, and differ only in how long they run. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and at checkout.
The free trial lasts 24 hours, needs no credit card, and is limited to one trial per customer and device. We may decline further trial requests from the same person or screen.
Part 03 If something goes wrong
Guru IPTV refund policy
Should support be unable to get the service working for you, you can ask for a full refund by email. Send the request to [email protected] within 7 days of buying, and mention the email address used at checkout so the order can be found.
Once the service is up and running, a refund is not available if you simply change your mind. The free trial exists so you can check the service on your own screen before paying.
Part 04 Your login
How your Guru IPTV login and plan work
After checkout, the login details are sent to the email address you entered. The message holds your username and password, together with the server address that the player app asks for. Delivery normally takes around 15 minutes, and the message can land in a spam folder, so look there if nothing shows up.
Your plan starts when the login is delivered and runs for the length you picked. The same details work in the player apps listed on the install page. If a detail seems wrong or a screen will not sign in, write to support with the device name and the app you are using.
Part 05 Your details
Guru IPTV privacy notice
We collect the email address you give at checkout, the details of your order, and the messages you send to support. We use them to deliver your login, to answer your questions and to keep records of purchases.
Payment is handled by the checkout provider, not on this site. Support messages are kept so that we can answer them and follow up if you write again.
Questions about the details held for your order can be sent to [email protected].
Part 06 Questions and updates
Changes to the Guru IPTV terms and how to reach us
We may update this page when the service or the law changes, and the date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new version.
Questions about any part of this page can go to [email protected]. You can also read the install guides, try the free trial or visit the contact page.
